| The Old Testament speaks often of Consulting. In Psalms 62:4 it tells us to, "advise... to deliberate or resolve." Consulting involves giving or taking of advice, jointly recommending, deliberating or determining (Matt. 26:4)
A Consultant is someone who helps to interpret th epast, assess the present, and provide expert information, advice, tools and resources to help others achieve greater effectiveness.
At BWM we employ the RADAR method of consultation:
- Recommend: Based on a Biblical basis, suggest a change or strategy.
- Assess: Assess the results.
- Deliberate: Discuss the outcome.
- Advise: Fine-time through continued suggestions.
- Resolve: Follow-through to a positive outcome.
